PsyTrue offers psychological support in Schaijk and other treatment locations in the south and centre of the Netherlands. The practice supports employees and organisations with mental health complaints, prevention, absence from work and return to work.

Support programmes

After an intake, the suitable programme is determined. The support focuses on insight, self-reflection and lasting change.

• Preventive: intake and 4 follow-up sessions
• Standard: intake and 6 follow-up sessions
• Intensive: intake and 8 follow-up sessions

Approach

Support is tailored to the person and their work context. Sessions last 90 minutes; the practice does not use fixed protocols or diagnoses.

Locations and getting started

PsyTrue has consultation rooms in six towns and offers online support when there is no alternative. At the organisation's request, the practice visits organisations throughout the Netherlands; after final registration, contact follows within 24 hours.
