Gonda van Asperen | Holistisch Beleven is a coaching and awareness studio in Tjalleberd. Gonda guides people in personal development, recovery from stress, self-confidence and questions about life.

Coaching

The coaching focuses on exploring support needs, patterns and what someone needs. The sessions offer insight and practical tools; the guidance is tailored to the support need.

Sessions and programme

A one-off coaching session can stand on its own. A programme lasts three months and consists of six sessions, with time to practise and integrate experiences between conversations.

Yoga Nidra

Individual Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice in which the body rests while awareness remains clear. The session supports relaxation and the restoration of balance between body and mind.

About Gonda

Gonda lives in Tjalleberd and completed the Social Care programme and the Energetic and Holistic Therapy programme. She worked as a personal support worker in disability care and as a coach for people with autism; she currently works as a wellbeing coach in elderly care.

Every session or programme starts with a no-obligation introductory conversation. The studio is located on Aengwirderweg in Tjalleberd.
