About Taus Gym

Taus Gym offers classes in Tilburg and Breda in Krav Maga, grappling and functional training. The training is aimed at becoming stronger, fitter and more resilient.

Women Only course

The course consists of nine lessons and covers, among other things, awareness of personal boundaries, setting boundaries verbally and practical self-defence. It is intended for women aged 14 and over; participants aged 12 and over may attend with an adult supervisor.

TARS course

TARS teaches participants to recognise, prevent and manage threats. The course consists of three sessions and can also be tailored for businesses and organisations.

Practical information

The Women Only course takes place on Monday evenings in Tilburg. The TARS sessions are on Friday evenings at the same location. Taus Gym provides the required materials.
