In the guidance, Kim Groot explores patterns underlying eating behaviour, such as emotions, beliefs, experiences, and patterns from the family or family system. The aim is less distress around food and more confidence in one's own choices.

Approach

NEI sessions can take place online by video call. Where appropriate, Kim also uses a table constellation, only at the practice. The biosensor does not diagnose and cannot establish a hidden cause.
