About SoDutch Life Coaching

SoDutch Life Coaching offers life coaching and breathwork for people living outside their country of origin. Sessions are in person in the Den Haag region and are given in English or Dutch.

1-to-1 support

There are two individual programmes: integrative support and a breathwork programme. Integrative support may combine conversation, breathwork, body awareness and systemic work.

Approach

The support focuses on recurring patterns, feelings and protective responses. The approach is holistic, intuitive, reflective and tailored to the participant.

About the coach

Gwenda de la Parra is a breathwork and life coach, trainer, and facilitator of awareness and transformation. For almost two decades, she has supported expats and international communities through change and relocation.
