Studio 7 is a movement and dance studio in Rockanje. Its offerings include Mat Pilates, barre, yoga, workouts, ballet and other dance classes for children and adults.

Mat Pilates

The classes are group sessions with personal attention and follow the original Pilates principles. Mat Pilates focuses on breathing, control, precision, strength and suppleness.

Barre combines ballet technique with muscle strengthening and body awareness. The Total Body Workout combines elements of fitness, pilates, yoga and ballet technique; there are also two therapeutic classes per week.
