Horse-assisted coaching

During sessions, the client works alongside the horse in a calm, natural setting. The coach interprets the horse’s signals and reactions; afterwards, there is time to talk things over, and a follow-up takes place about two weeks later.

• Stress, tension or burnout symptoms
• Developing self-confidence
• Setting boundaries
• Feeling stuck at work, in private life or in relationships
• Loss, grief or distressing events

Locations

Horse-assisted coaching takes place in Sebaldeburen; yoga sessions are held in Niekerk. In rainy weather, horse-assisted coaching can move to a covered, sheltered riding arena.
