Trimsalon Dog's Life

About Trimsalon Dog's Life

Trimsalon Dog's Life is a dog grooming salon in Montfoort. The salon grooms dogs with attention to their health, condition and well-being, and tailors the treatment to the coat and what the dog can manage.

Treatments

The treatment depends on the coat type and the dog's condition. New dogs first have an intake; a dog that is no longer a puppy needs an introductory grooming session before its first visit.

• Clipping and thinning
• De-shedding
• Shaving
• Hand-stripping
• Puppy introductory grooming session
• Senior Comfort Groom
• One-off wash
• Sanitary trim
• Between-visit grooming
• Touch-up around the head
• Nail clipping

Approach

For a first appointment, the salon discusses details such as breed and age by phone or WhatsApp. The coat is checked at the salon, and a suitable treatment is chosen in consultation with the client.

House rules

Clients are asked to arrive on time, walk the dog beforehand and mention any relevant details in advance. Extra charges may apply for mats or felting.

• Walk the dog beforehand
• Report medical details in advance
• Maintain and brush the coat
• Report fear or aggression in advance
• Ensure parasite treatment is up to date

Practical information

Prices depend on the dog, the work required, the materials and the dog's behaviour on the grooming table. If unable to attend, the salon asks clients to get in touch via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
