Mentorschap Midden Gelderland provides professional mentorship in the Midden Gelderland region. The mentor supports people with decisions about nursing, personal care, treatment and guidance.

Mentorship

A mentor supports someone with personal, non-financial matters when they are unable to make sound decisions about their personal care, nursing, treatment or guidance. A court can appoint a mentor.

Approach

After a phone call, an introductory meeting takes place. The application forms are completed together and sent to the court; the mentor and client attend the hearing.

Fees

Statutory mentorship is subject to nationally set fees. Clients on a low income can apply to the municipality for bijzondere bijstand (special assistance benefit).
