The sessions focus on goals set together with the client. They can take place while walking, cycling, paddleboarding, sailing or by phone.

Career coaching

The support focuses on finding or getting a dream job and finding a suitable position. It covers self-confidence, CVs and job interviews.

Team coaching

Team coaching starts with theory about group dynamics and the coaching goal. The team then works on collaboration and communication through outdoor activities; a few weeks later, there is an evaluation within the organization.
