The approach is holistic, trauma-sensitive and tailored to the client. In sessions averaging two hours, the work involves sensing, slowing down, breathing, gentle touch and mindful presence.

Approach and aftercare

The sessions provide space for personal issues and blocks. Practical tools, regulation exercises, body-oriented tools and aftercare are provided when needed.

Practical information

By agreement, a session can take place at the client's home. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or missed will be charged for, unless a new appointment is scheduled at short notice.
