Coaching and support

The coaching and ambulatory support address a range of psychological and physical difficulties, including PTSD, anxiety and panic, depression and burnout. Trauma and recovery support is a specialisation; social and emotional skills may also be part of the support.

Approach

Outdoor coaching

In outdoor coaching, clients walk together in nature. Nature is described as healing, and outdoor movement supports health and a sense of well-being.
