Yoga Traya is a yoga studio in De Kwakel. The studio offers Hatha yoga classes and breathing therapy.

Yoga classes

The group classes are on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings at B&B In den Ossewaerd. There are class series each term, single classes if a place becomes available, and one-to-one guidance.

Breathing therapy

During a session, the practitioner guides the breathing using hands-on techniques to expand, deepen or calm it. A session lasts one hour and includes an intake.

• Breathing therapy for tightness of breath, shortness of breath, hyperventilation and breathing complaints
• Breathing therapy for stress-related complaints
• Breathing therapy for psychological problems
• Breathing therapy for functional problems

Practical information

A place in the group is purchased for the class series. Payment can be made via a payment request by WhatsApp or email. Cancelling missed classes and making them up are arranged by agreement and depend on availability.

• Missed classes can be made up at another time by agreement, if a place is available
