Trainen met Marle offers training in De Kwakel and yoga classes in Nes aan de Amstel. The training groups are small and sessions are adapted to the participants’ level.

Training

There are small group training sessions, exclusive small groups, duo training and individual personal training. Sessions take place indoors or outdoors and also focus on mobility.

Marle guides participants through the ice bath. The workshop covers breathing and cold training and is intended for small groups.

Yoga

In Nes aan de Amstel, Marle teaches gentle yoga classes focused on mobility, flexibility and relaxation. The classes are also suitable for people who have not practised yoga before.

Approach

Participants train at their own level, and exercises are adapted to their level and any complaints. It is possible to join a Small Group Training session for the first time.
