Duurzaam Fit is a personal training studio in Culemborg. Marijn Ostermann supports clients with personal training, small group training, bootcamp and vitality coaching.

Training and coaching

Guidance is tailored to goals, abilities and daily life. The approach uses functional training, a training plan and check-ins to review progress.

Approach

Guidance starts with an intake where goals are discussed and a training plan is drawn up. Progress is reviewed every eight weeks, and goals can be adjusted.

Vitality coaching

The coaching focuses on vitality, lifestyle and life goals. In up to eight sessions, topics such as stress, eating habits, exercise and personal leadership are covered.

Locations

Training can take place in the studio, at the client's home or outdoors. Vitality coaching can take place in the studio, at home or while walking through the floodplains.
