Fees and reimbursement

The basic health insurance policy reimburses three hours of dietary advice per year. The cost of dietary advice is first applied to the deductible, with exceptions for children and certain integrated care arrangements. Consultations can be short, long, or by phone.

• Initial consultation: 60 minutes plus 30 minutes of administration
• Short follow-up consultation: 30 minutes
• Long follow-up consultation: 45 minutes
• Follow-up consultation by phone: 15 minutes

Cancellation

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled too late or missed are charged and are not reimbursed by the health insurer.
