About Lekker werken met HSP

Lekker werken met HSP is a practice for HSP support in Callantsoog. The support is aimed at highly sensitive women entrepreneurs who want to understand themselves and their patterns.

HSP programme

The programme begins with a 1.5 to 2 hour session on the beach at Callantsoog. This is followed by six personal sessions of 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1.5 hours, in nature or online. Conversations, body-oriented exercises and walks alternate.

Who it is for

The support is intended for highly sensitive women who run a business and want to understand themselves better. Burnout or an official HSP diagnosis is not a requirement.

The support focuses on the patterns and beliefs behind behaviour, such as adapting, persevering and neglecting yourself. The programme starts with the person, not the business or marketing.

Caren is a certified HSP support practitioner. Her own experience with high sensitivity, patterns and burnout forms the foundation of her practice.
