Praktijk ‘Binnen is het warm’ is a center near the Jordaan in Amsterdam. Oki-do yoga classes are held weekly, and Meiso Shiatsu treatments are offered.

Meiso Shiatsu

A treatment takes place on a futon on the floor and is given through the clothing. The treatment can last one, one and a half or two hours.

Introductory course

The introductory course lasts ten weeks and covers breathing, Hara, meridians and laying on of hands, among other topics. The course is open to everyone.

About the practitioner

Mieke van Eijndhoven trained as a naturopathic therapist, Oki-do Yoga therapist and Meiso Shiatsu therapist. She also studied regular medical foundation subjects.

Practical information

The practice is temporarily closed for treatments due to illness. Shiatsu treatments may be eligible for reimbursement through supplementary insurance.
