Annes Ademruimte offers yoga, mindfulness training programmes and retreats in Amsterdam. The training programmes focus on mindfulness, stress management and awareness of the body and breathing.

Mindfulness training programmes

Anne Linnebank provides MBSR training in groups, individually and in-house. She also offers business training programmes and tailored workshops, including meditation as a kick-off for brainstorming sessions or sales meetings.

Yoga
