About Coaching met Staart en Manen

Coaching met Staart en Manen is a practice for equine-assisted coaching and body-oriented trauma therapy in Wanneperveen. Paula Fernhout provides individual programmes focused on trauma, with sessions involving a horse.

Support

Support begins with getting acquainted and finding calm and safety. The client sets the pace and decides how far the sessions go.

• Programme of 10 therapy/coaching sessions over 5 to 6 months

How it works

Sessions are individual and scheduled with plenty of time. There is attention to settling in, breaks and regulating tension; sessions are at least two weeks apart.

Training for teams

The day-long training course is about vulnerability and how colleagues treat one another at work. The programme includes interactive activities, information about trauma and an activity with the horse.

Paula Fernhout describes herself as an experienced equine-assisted coach, body-oriented trauma therapist and aromatherapist in training. She works with humour, trust, integrity, love and honesty.
