Previtas is a diet and lifestyle advice practice with locations in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe. The dietitians provide personal guidance and coaching for nutrition questions and various health complaints.

Guidance

The dietitians provide guidance on, among other things, losing and gaining weight and nutrition questions related to health. Their approach is personal and practical, and takes into account each person’s circumstances, eating habits and preferences.

Approach

During an intake lasting about an hour, the dietitian and client discuss goals, questions and wishes. Follow-up appointments last about 20 to 30 minutes; the number of sessions is agreed together.

Programmes

Previtas offers lifestyle programmes at several locations. As part of the combined lifestyle intervention, Previtas works with, among others, local sports coaches and physiotherapists.

Locations and appointments

Previtas has locations in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe. If medical reasons make it impossible to visit the practice, the dietitian can make a home visit. Video consultations are also possible.

Quality

The dietitians have completed a four-year higher professional education programme to qualify as dietitians. They are registered with the Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici (Quality Register for Paramedical Professionals) and are members of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Diëtisten (Dutch Association of Dietitians).
