Reimbursement

For young people under 18, care may be reimbursed under the Jeugdwet (Dutch Youth Act) if the practice has a contract with the municipality and a referral is in place. From age 18, the practice provides care without a contracted insurer, which may be partially reimbursed by the health insurer.
