About Primal Gym

Primal Gym is a gym in Yerseke with a training area for fitness, bodybuilding, gymrace, powerlifting, and strongman/strongwoman. It also offers personal training and online strength coaching.

Facilities and offering

The gym has 350 m² of training space, high-quality equipment, and cardio equipment. The facilities are set up for different forms of strength and fitness training.

Coaching

Personal training consists of tailored exercises, structure, and variety. Strength coaching is provided through the FITR app, with a tailored weekly programme, technique feedback, and personal contact.

There are various memberships and passes. The gym is open daily from 06.00 to 22.00.

Ruben Tissink works as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He is a qualified fitness instructor and official structure building trainer.
