The Forge Gym is a small gym in Wijk bij Duurstede. Its regular trainers offer personal training, group classes, Mylogenics, rehabilitation training and weight loss support.

What’s on offer

Training and guidance are tailored to each person’s goals, body and abilities. Semi personal training takes place in groups of up to eight people.
