Boland coaching

About Boland coaching

Boland coaching offers leadership and team development for impact-driven businesses in Wijk bij Duurstede. Miranda uses experiential learning, horses, and knowledge of biology and the environment in team coaching.

Team coaching with horses

A session with horses reveals how team members work together, take the lead and respond. Participants learn through experience and apply their approach straight away.

Experiential learning

The activities make non-verbal communication visible in participants themselves and in colleagues. The team is approached as a living ecosystem, with visible and invisible parts.
