After an extensive introductory consultation, the dietitians draw up personalized dietary advice. Follow-up consultations help clients adjust and maintain their eating pattern.

Consultations and support

The first consultation lasts approximately 60 to 75 minutes; follow-up consultations last 20 to 30 minutes. After the first consultation, contact can be maintained digitally, by email or by phone. Online consultation rooms and evening appointments are also available.

PRISMA course

The PRISMA course focuses on self-management for diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases. The course consists of two sessions of four to five hours; partners are welcome. The courses are currently on hold.

Practical information
