About Well in Amsterdam | systemisch coachen

Well in Amsterdam is a practice for systemic coaching in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Philippine Schopman supports people with personal and professional issues and offers the Back on Track programme.

Systemic coaching

In systemic work, Philippine views an issue within the wider context in which it arose. She uses phenomenological observation and process work to make visible what is going on and create space for a new movement.

• Personal and professional relationships
• Recurring patterns
• Balance and harmony
• Functioning in teams or organisations

Programmes

A tailored programme is available, guided by the client’s questions and needs. Back on Track consists of five sessions and focuses on calm, perspective and direction.

• Tailored programme
• Back on Track: five 1.5-hour sessions, with one session per month

Approach

In Back on Track, the situation and family system are explored, attention is given to letting go of old beliefs and roles, and insights are embedded. The programme concludes by making a future plan visible.

• Map the situation
• Explore patterns in the family system
• Let go of what is not yours
• Embed insights
• Create a future plan
