Snap je coaching en training supports children and young people in their emotional and social development. The practice works in Waddinxveen and also provides support at schools in the region.

The support helps children and young people approach difficult situations more positively and feel more confident. The approach is tailored to the child and their request for help.

Approach

Coaching starts with an intake meeting with the child and parent(s). Together they set learning points and goals; the support plan is reviewed along the way and adjusted if needed.

Sensory therapy

Margriet provides sensory therapy sessions in her home practice room. A biosensor is used to measure which techniques are needed at that time.

About the practice

Snap je was founded in 2001 by Margriet de Jong and Astrid Tol. Both founders have experience in mainstream and special primary education.
