Sister Brows is a salon in Waalwijk for eyebrow and eyelash treatments. The salon specialises in (S)PMU Soft Powder Brows and also offers brow and lash treatments, lip pigmentation and waxing.

Powder brows

With Soft Powder Brows, pigment is applied to the first and second layers of skin to create a natural powder effect. The result fades after about 1,5 to 2 years; a touch-up can then refresh the colour. Before treatment, an intake appointment is held to discuss wishes, expectations, risks and aftercare.

• The treatment takes 2,5 to 3 hours.
• The salon recommends a touch-up after about 1,5 to 2 years.
• For old PMU, the salon first asks for a photo to assess whether it can work over it.

Results

The stated results last for a certain period, depending on the treatment.

• Brow lift: 6 to 8 weeks
• Henna brows: up to 10 days on the skin and up to 5 weeks on the hairs
• Hybrid brows: 7 days on the skin and up to 7 weeks on the hairs
• Brow tinting: about 2 weeks
• Lash lift: 6 to 8 weeks

• For brow lifts, lash lifts and other treatments, the salon discusses wishes and gives advice.
• The salon advises against (S)PMU in certain medical circumstances, including pregnancy, hepatitis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and blood thinner use.

Appointments and cancellations

Regular appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start. For (S)PMU appointments, the notice period is 48 hours; an appointment can be rescheduled free of charge once if notice is given in time.

• Within 24 hours of a regular appointment: 50% of the agreed treatment fee; within 4 hours or in case of a no-show: 100%.
• Within 48 hours of an (S)PMU appointment, 100% of the agreed treatment fee may be charged.
• Payment for a completed treatment is due immediately after the treatment using the available payment methods.
