Practical information

The grooming salon works by telephone appointment. If unable to attend, the salon asks for 48 hours' notice; if a customer does not show up without notice, 100% of the grooming fee will be charged.

• If you are 15 minutes late, a new appointment will be made.
• If you are not satisfied, the dog can be checked free of charge within 48 hours and adjustments can be made where possible.
