Approach

At the first osteopathy consultation, the client’s state of health and possible causes of complaints are discussed and examined. Orthomolecular consultations map health topics and systems that are out of balance, followed by a tailored treatment plan.

• Lifestyle advice on biorhythm, exercise, sleep, habits, mindset, nervous system regulation and supplements
• Additional urine, blood or saliva testing can be discussed

Who it is for

The practice focuses on women with, among other things, hormonal, gynaecological, physical, mental or emotional complaints, and women who have felt unwell for a long time.

Practical information

Osteopathy is available in person only; orthomolecular therapy can also be provided online. Any internal treatment is always discussed beforehand.
