About Weber Wandelcoaching

Weber Wandelcoaching offers walking coaching in Velserbroek. Sessions usually take place in nature, including in Nationaal Park Zuid-Kennemerland and recreatieschap Spaarnwoude.

Walking coaching

The conversation is central to walking coaching. Walking in nature combines coaching conversations with the positive health effects of walking.

Who it is for

The coaching is aimed at people experiencing stress or burnout symptoms, with questions about work, family or relationships, or with feelings of insecurity or anxiety.

• Stress or burnout symptoms
• Feeling stuck at work, within the family or in a relationship
• Feelings of insecurity or anxiety

Approach

The programme starts with a free, no-obligation introductory meeting. A walk lasts about an hour; the number of sessions depends on the support request. About two months after the programme ends, there is a brief follow-up by email or phone.

• The coaching question and goal are recorded in a coaching agreement
• Progress is discussed regularly
• The client decides how long the programme lasts

Locations

Walks usually take place in Nationaal Park Zuid-Kennemerland and recreatieschap Spaarnwoude. Another location can be chosen by agreement; if going into nature feels like too big a step, the conversation can take place elsewhere.
