BoFit is an organisation that provides support and coaching for stress and burnout symptoms. Support takes place outdoors, near clients, and combines physical activity with conversations.

BoFit uses its own method to support people who are struggling because of stress or burnout. Support consists of physical activity and coaching outdoors.

Approach

Support is structured in four phases. BoFit takes personal and physical circumstances into account and may involve the employer, occupational physician and, if appropriate, partner.

Practical information

BoFit operates nationwide and meets in a nearby nature area. Reimbursement may be available through an employer, AOV (disability insurance) or UWV (Employee Insurance Agency).
