About Coaching by Nicole

Coaching by Nicole is a coaching and development practice in Urmond. The practice supports people with personal growth, resilience and regaining inner strength after loss. E-coaching is available.

Coaching

The coaching focuses on insight, personal development and strengthening inner strength. Attention is given to choices, stress and setbacks, and grief and loss.

• Growth strength: personal development, new skills and career advice
• Resilience: insight into how thoughts influence behaviour and choices
• Grief strength: insight into grief and taking steps after a loss

Method

The programme starts with a short, free conversation about the issue. This is followed by an intake and agreements about the coaching question and goal. A session lasts an average of one hour; usually about five to seven sessions are needed.

About Nicole

Nicole Slothouwer-Kovacs began her career as a nurse and also works as an advisor within municipalities. She led change programmes and supports municipalities and employees with development and collaboration. She completed the coach practitioner training at Alba-academie and completed the grief coach training in 2025.

Practical information

Coaching takes place at the Van der Valk Business Center in Urmond. E-coaching is available. Employers can request a quote; employer reimbursement is often possible.
