Kidsafety

Kidsafety is an ongoing resilience programme for children aged six to twelve. Classes combine social resilience, practical self-defence and active movement.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga covers prevention, de-escalation and physical self-defence. Training includes technique, resistance, sparring, wrestling and real-life situations.

• Defence against weapon threats

Who it’s for

Classes are for children, young people and adults. Krav Maga Security is intended for professionals who may encounter aggression and violence as part of their work.
