About KYND•Z Yoga

KYND•Z Yoga is a yoga studio in Tilburg. You can take weekly Yin Yoga, Flow-Yin Yoga and chair yoga classes there.

Yoga classes

Classes take place weekly in small groups of up to eight participants and are suitable for beginners. They begin with a quiet settling-in period and a breathing exercise, and end with a yin pose and relaxation.

Approach

Classes may include themes and calming music. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to draw an (oracle) card and have a cup of tea.

Classes are held in the Tuinatelier at Stadstuin Theresia in Tilburg. You can sign up through Momoyoga.

About KYND•Z

The name KYND•Z came about during a search for balance between work, family, social contacts and time for yourself. The owner has taught yoga for six years and says her passion for yoga began during that search.

Essential oils

KYND•Z offers support with using pure essential oils in daily life. The oils are sometimes used at the start of yoga classes.

Yin Yoga and sound journey

This combination consists of calm, meditative Yin Yoga and a sound journey. The sound journey is led by Nanneke Piek of Studio Duende Tilburg, and the Yin Yoga by Zaina of KYND•Z.
