About Calm Studio

Calm Studio offers yin yoga and coaching in La Sella, Spain. The yin yoga classes combine meditation, breathing, yoga poses and relaxation. Calm Studio also offers coaching, with a focus on patterns and body-oriented work.

Yin yoga

The gentle, meditative classes focus on slowing down, releasing tension and connecting with the body. Poses are held for an average of three to five minutes.

Coaching explores patterns, beliefs and automatic responses. The guidance combines insight with body-oriented work and is tailored to what each person needs.

Who it is for

Yin yoga is for anyone seeking mental and physical calm, with or without experience. Coaching may be suitable for recurring patterns, insecurity, anxiety, stress or overstimulation, among other things.

Practical information

Group classes are in Dutch or English, depending on the group and location. Private classes can take place at home, outdoors or at another preferred location; online sessions are also possible.

• Register via the calendar
• You can cancel via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours in advance
• Payment is preferably in cash after the class or via a payment request
