House rules

The salon asks clients to arrive no more than five minutes before their appointment. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled or shortened.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, arriving late such that the appointment cannot go ahead, or a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Practical information

The salon does not work over nail work done by another stylist. If you have product from another salon, a Soak Off treatment is required first.
