Flow Health Studio is a studio in Steenwijk for Reformer Pilates, yoga and E-gym. It also offers fitness, group classes, personal training, wellness and treatments.

Personal training

Personal trainers draw up a personal exercise plan based on goals and wishes. An intake interview is required before personal training starts.

The rooms can be attended separately or with a combined all-in subscription. Basic subscriptions also provide access to fitness and group classes at Fitness Hier! in Tuk and Wolvega.
