Graveland Rijbewijs Keuringen carries out CBR (Dutch Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) driving licence medical assessments from Staphorst and at assessment locations across the Netherlands. The psychiatrists conduct assessments for conditions including mental health conditions and after arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Assessments

The assessments examine whether someone is mentally and physically able to drive safely. Alcohol and drug assessments may require blood and/or urine tests.

Approach

Lab tests are sometimes needed. The results are discussed during the assessment and included in the assessment report. After you have reviewed and approved it, the report is sent to the CBR via Zorgdomein (Dutch healthcare referral platform).

About the assessing psychiatrist

Mr Graveland is a psychiatrist and a member of the Dutch Association for Psychiatry. Assessments are carried out in accordance with the applicable CBR guidelines.
