Praktijk SIL is a practice for loss and grief therapy, trauma therapy, EMDR and psychosocial therapy in Spanbroek. The practice supports children, parents and other adults through loss and distressing events.

Approach

Support is tailored and offered individually and in groups. Trauma therapy takes a holistic approach involving thoughts, emotions and the body; EMDR may use sounds, hand movements or tapping as a distracting stimulus.
