ACTROO is a coaching and training practice in Sneek. Anneke Jansma supports beginning managers and young professionals with personal and professional development and provides communication training for (semi-)public sector organisations.

Personal coaching

The coaching focuses on personal effectiveness and development, leadership, career questions, communication, competencies, absenteeism and return to work, and assertiveness. The course starts by setting a goal and consists on average of seven or eight sessions lasting one to one and a half hours.

Team coaching

Team coaching focuses on team development, team learning and improving cooperation and communication between team members. There is a basic course of up to four sessions or an extended course of six to nine sessions.
