There are programmes in nature and individual sessions. The Tropenboost Pakket from Zanzibar is currently unavailable.

• Regular Package in the Netherlands: 5 sessions in nature lasting 60-75 minutes
• Tropenboost Pakket: 4 sessions lasting 60 minutes
• Individual session in nature lasting 60-75 minutes
• First conversation (introductory meeting)

Approach

During an introductory meeting, the client’s wishes are explored and they consider whether working together feels right. Sessions can be added as needed during the process.
