Puur Mama offers pregnancy courses and personal support in Sliedrecht and online. The support helps women prepare for childbirth and the period afterwards with practical knowledge and tools.

Pregnancy courses

The courses prepare participants and their (birth) partners for childbirth with explanations, exercises and practical techniques. The one-day course lasts three hours and is also suitable as a refresher course.
