Hondentrimsalon Mieke

About Hondentrimsalon Mieke

Hondentrimsalon Mieke is a dog grooming salon in Sevenum. The salon cares for coats with services including washing, grooming, clipping, shaving and de-shedding.

Treatments

The grooming technique is chosen based on the coat type and the dog's condition. Treatments are decided in consultation.

• Brushing and combing
• Clipping and thinning
• Shaving
• Detangling
• De-shedding
• Washing and drying
• Nail clipping or filing
• Ear cleaning

How it works

The dog is first washed and dried, then brushed and groomed to the desired length. Mieke works one-on-one with dogs and takes a break now and then during the grooming session.

Puppies

A free introductory appointment lets a puppy become familiar with the salon and the sounds of grooming. If possible, the hair around the eyes is trimmed and the nails clipped; the puppy is not given a full groom at the first appointment.

Practical information

For washing, shampoo suited to the dog is chosen; the grooming products are made with natural ingredients. If a dog has fleas, it is washed with flea shampoo and the salon is treated with environmental spray.
