Vitadent B.V. organises oral care within care institutions in Rotterdam and treats clients who depend on care in their familiar surroundings. Oral care includes support with daily oral hygiene, periodic check-ups and curative care.

Oral care in care institutions

Vitadent organises oral care as part of a care institution’s multidisciplinary treatment structure and provides oral care there. Treatments take place in clients’ own familiar surroundings.

Approach

After an intake, Vitadent draws up an oral care plan with goals, a treatment plan and instructions for daily oral hygiene. Procedures and findings are recorded in the client file.

For care institutions

Vitadent supports care institutions with oral care for clients with a disability, older clients and clients with a mental health condition. The Vitadent Academy provides training and courses for staff.
