The personal programmes are short and intensive. They focus on overcoming fear of public speaking, building confidence and improving mindset and performance.

Approach

A programme consists of personal sessions and online support. Sessions are tailored to the person, situation and challenges; Tim uses techniques from hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP, among others.

• Double sessions of approximately 2.5 hours
• Online media library and practice tools
• Individual sessions after the programme are possible

Online offerings

De Hypnosewolk offers online training, hypnosis and meditation. The online resources can be used on a computer, tablet or smartphone, and there is an app.

Tim Kutzke is an NLP coach, hypnotherapist and founder of De Hypnosewolk. He says he has developed a method for fear of public speaking, confidence, and mindset & performance.

Practical information

Sessions take place in Rotterdam or by video call. Coaching programmes include 12 months of access to online tools; follow-up support is possible afterwards.
