Who it is for

The practice focuses on adults with psychological problems that they sometimes cannot resolve on their own. Basic generalist GGZ is intended for mild to moderately severe psychological problems.

Approach

After registration and an intake appointment, a treatment plan is drawn up to match the client's questions and needs. The treatment is tailored and consists of up to 12 sessions, supplemented by online modules.

Treatment methods

Treatment is agreed with the client according to what is needed, using short, efficient and effective principles. After completion, the client can request follow-up or renewed treatment if needed.
