Paard & Ziel

About Paard & Ziel

Paard & Ziel offers equine coaching and systemic coaching. The coaching takes place in the riding arena and can also be offered without horses.

Equine coaching

In the riding arena, the horse responds to a person’s energy and reflects their emotions, thoughts, behaviour and fears. The coach interprets the horse’s non-verbal communication to provide insights.

Systemic coaching

The guidance focuses on family systems and explores how systems affect feelings and behaviour. Options are available with and without horses, individually and with representatives.

• Individual systemic coaching using materials or horses as representatives
• Family constellation with representatives
• Tabletop family constellation with figures
• Family constellation with floor anchors
• Family constellation ‘in the mind’
