Volg je hart is a coaching practice in Oude-Tonge. Corina van Gulik offers personal coaching, family constellations and coaching related to trauma and attachment.

Coaching and methods

The coaching focuses on body-based awareness, emotional blocks and breaking patterns. Methods are mostly combined, depending on the issue.

Family constellations

Family constellations can be experienced one-to-one or in a group. A parenting constellation is done one-to-one.

IZR

IZR is an experiential method for exploring behaviour, strategies and feelings. The method can also be used online.

Who it is for

The coaching is for anyone who wants to develop and is willing to look at themselves. Anyone can take part in a family constellation.

Approach and location

Appointments are scheduled by agreement. Personal coaching usually takes place at the office in Oude-Tonge; sometimes the coach can visit your home or the session can be a walk.

Rates and reimbursement

Coaching is not covered by health insurance. Payment can be made in cash or through a payment request.

• Systemic coaching: €87,50 per hour from 1 January 2026
• Trauma and attachment coaching: €103 per hour from 1 January 2026
• Parenting constellation: €103 per hour from 1 January 2026
